1. Email me or send a regular letter to receive a no-obligation quote. In your letter please write these things: Your Name - Your full address - Your email address - What you would like to have drawn - What medium you would like it done in (IE: oil, graphite (pencil), colored pencil, ink), if you would like anything added or removed, and what size you would like it.
2. Attach to your letter (a) photograph(s) of the person you would like to have drawn. The face of the person must be at least the width of your thumb across. The more large and clear your photograph is the better the portrait will turn out (and the more detailed). Also attach pictures of any thing you would like added in the picture. You can send photographs through email or through regular mail.
3. HALF the payment is due before I begin working on your project. The final half is due when the portrait is completed, but before I mail (The email/mail confirmation will be sent before final payment is accepted so that I know you are happy with the final portrait). I accept Paypal, Money orders, and Personal Checks. Please make them payable to: Cassie Jahn.
4. A copy of the finished portrait will be emailed to you so that you can look it over, if there are any changes you need or you think it looks good just email me back saying so!
5. Once you have accepted the work it will be sent to you as quickly as possible. If it is during December I may wait until January with your approval for fear of the portrait being wrecked in the mail.
